Totem animal is the Snow Goose – Beautiful large white bird.  Assists in Spirituality, Service, Generosity, Ancient Wisdom.

Totem Plant – Birch –Good for the Skin, arthritis, kidneys, bladder, digestion, cleansing and ancient wisdom..use as a Tea infusing the bark.

Totem Mineral – Quartz Crystal –Receiver and transmitter, assists in spiritual development,  developing intuition.

NORTH DIRECTION – WHITE BUFFALO, ELEMENT IS EARTH, AND SACRED PLANT IS SWEETGRASS.  Also, TURTLE REPRESENTS THE NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENT, EARTH ELEMENT.

SWEETGRASS – Represents the Elders and the Braid of the Generations.  WHEN BURNED HELPS BRING IN THE SWEET SPIRITS.  Weave the generations together by wearing a long braid.

A GOOD WAY TO MEET YOUR TOTEMS IS TO GO INTO NATURE AND OBSERVE.  WHAT ANIMALS DO YOU SEE.  KEEP A JOURNAL, WRITE DOWN THE FIRST ANIMAL YOU SEE IN A DAY, EX.
